DES MOINES, Iowa - Kyle Rowley went 26 of 37 passing for 299 yards and six touchdowns as the Shock won their 10th straight game, 48-42 over the Iowa Barnstormers in an Arena Football League game on Friday night before 9,164 at Wells Fargo Arena.

Spokane (12-2) jumped out to a 27-7 lead before the Barnstormers rallied with the final 14 points of the first half to get within 27-21 at halftime.

Ryan Vena found Jesse Schmidt on a 12-yard touchdown to give Iowa (6-8) its first lead of the game at 28-27 early in the third quarter.

Vena threw a 5-yard touchdown pass to Errick McCown with 55 seconds left to make it 48-42, but Spokane was able to run out the clock.

Huey Whittaker had 11 catches for 104 yards and three touchdowns for Spokane, which hosts the Chicago Rush on Friday at Spokane Arena.
