MOSES LAKE — Approximately 350 young swimmers from various locations throughout the region convened at the Moses Lake Surf & Slide Water Park for the 2010 Sizzlin Summer Swim Meet hosted by the local Moses Lake Manta Rays swim team.

“It was a great meet for all the swimmers,” Manta Rays coach Steve Witcher said. “Their families had a great time and they really enjoyed the quality of the meet that the Moses Lake coaches and parents provided them with.” A number of Manta Rays swimmers did well and made their mark during the three-day event that took place from Friday through Sunday as perfect weather conditions made for a smooth running weekend.
