Kootenai County Sheriff

Thursday

6 p.m.: Three plows and a John Deere sub-soiler with a total value of about $1,200 were reported stolen from private property in the 4100 block of West Rolling Hills Road near Worley.

11:11 a.m.: Miscellaneous items with a total value of $22,100 were reported stolen from a storage unit at a business located in the 6800 block of West Seltice Way near Post Falls.

9:52 p.m.: A Compaq laptop computer and a Bass guitar with a total value of $1,500 were reported stolen from a residence in the 8200 block of North Loch Haven Drive in Hayden.

Sunday

7:10 p.m.: A Kimber handgun valued at $1,000 was reported stolen from a 1989 Jeep Wrangler parked in the driveway of a residence in the 1100 block of East Deer Haven Avenue in Dalton Gardens.

Justin D. Adamson-Bujak, 19, Coeur d'Alene: 45 days in jail, one year six months determinate penitentiary time and one year six months indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, work release and two years probation for receiving/transferring stolen vehicles.

Larry D. Matthews, 42, Coeur d'Alene: Four years determinate penitentiary time and three indeterminate time, credit for time served and $715.50 in fines for possession of a controlled substance.

Matthew H. Gardner, 28, Coeur d'Alene: Two years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended, $705.50 in fines, 100 hours community service and three years probation for attempted strangulation.
