SPOKANE - The Spokane Shock clinched homefield advantage throughout the Arena Football League, including the ArenaBowl Championship following a 63-49 win over the Chicago Rush in front of 10,778 at the Spokane Arena on Friday night.

Spokane (13-2) won its 11th straight game as Kyle Rowley went 24 of 31 for 323 yards and seven touchdowns, extending his streak to five games without throwing an interception. Markee White had nine catches for 114 yards and one touchdown for Spokane, which travels to Jacksonville on Friday night.

Syvelle Newton had eight catches for 139 yards for Chicago (10-6), which concluded its regular season on Friday.

Late in the fourth quarter, the Shock defense came up with a big goalline stand, turning Chicago away on three consecutive rushing attempts inside the 5-yard line. Then, on fourth down, JJ Raterink's pass for Newton sailed out of the end zone for the first defensive stop of the game.

Spokane's offense took over and capped off a four-play, 49-yard drive with a circus touchdown reception by wide receiver Greg Orton, giving Spokane a 14-point lead with just under a minute left in the game.

Playoff tickets will go on sale on Tuesday for the first-round game, to be held on Friday, Aug. 6. The ArenaBowl championship game is scheduled for Aug. 20.
