Friday

5:55 p.m.: A gold and diamond ring and two pearl necklaces with a total value of $1,500 were reported stolen from a residence in the 7600 block of North 15th Street in Dalton Gardens.

Saturday

8 a.m.: Damages of $800 were reportedly done to the rain gutters at a residence in the 19200 block of North Ella Road near Rathdrum.

William P. Ehrmantrout III, 32, Hauser Lake: 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended, $750 in fines, driver's license suspended for 90 days and two years probation for driving under the influence.

William E. Ortiz, 39, Spokane: One year six months determinate time and two years six months indeterminate time, retained jurisdiction, $265.50 in fines and $100 restitution for possession of a controlled substance.
