The folks at the Human Rights Education Institute are establishing "hate-free zones" in Coeur d'Alene.

Rachel Dolezal reports the campaign is in response to Nazi flags that have appeared periodically in front of some downtown homes.

Dolezal also reports finding another noose at her home, this time in Coeur d'Alene.

Sgt. Christie Wood confirmed that Coeur d'Alene Police Department has the report.

Stay tuned for more details.
