Lake City Ladies take third in Coeur d' Alene tourney

Sixteen-year-old Jordan Porter of Bonners Ferry led the way for the Lake City Ladies fastpitch softball team in hitting with a .637.
The team took third in the Crush Tournament in Coeur d’ Alene on June 12 and 13.
Jamie Yurick from Coeur d’ Alene followed Porter in hitting with a .636.
Jordan, who played on the Bonners Ferry High School softball team also played shortstop and pitched some innings for the tournament.
The Crush Tournament started off the summer season of tournaments to be played by the Lake City Ladies traveling team.
