Organizers credited several people with making the event a success. They included Doug Clark from the Lakers Inn, Tabatha Tipton and Diane Monroe from Davis Donuts and Tanya Manning and Tina Denning from the Coeur d'Alene Eagles.

Others who helped were Cathy Rubow, Lacy Beemer and Sherry Grovenor, and Jeff Featherstone from Inland Northwest Bank.

Money was also raised at JB's, the Office Bar and Grill, Get n' Go and the 1210 Tavern. Servers wore "Tips for Haiti," buttons donated by Frank Granier.
