Kootenai County Sheriff

Wednesday

7:49 p.m.: A Grayco paint sprayer, extension ladder and cans of paint with a total value of about $2,500 were reported stolen from the bed of a 1980 Ford pickup parked in the driveway of a residence in the 400 block of West Miles Avenue in Hayden.

Thursday

11:50 a.m.: A Macintosh laptop computer with related equipment and miscellaneous items with a total value of about $1,000 were reported stolen from a 1994 Mazda pickup parked in Corbin Park near Post Falls.

Marvin H. Jasmin, 49, Coeur d'Alene: Two years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time, $800.50 in fines and three years probation for driving under the influence.

Frederick R. Enders, 41, Coeur d'Alene: 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended and credit for time served, $750 in fines, $100 restitution, driver's license suspended for 180 days and two years probation for driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.
