Christina Mandrigues, 38

Christina Mandrigues, of Post Falls, went to be with God on Oct. 28, 2010. She was born in Santa Clara, Calif., on March 30, 1972, and moved to Washington at 18 years old.

Christina was very passionate in all that she loved. She loved the ocean and decorated her house in seashells that she found, she also enjoyed the Redwoods of California. Christina worked with the elderly and the handicapped. She always thought of others and would bring gifts to those she cared for.

Christina is survived by her mother, Bonnie Aalgaard of Vancouver, Wash.; sister Marcia (Robert) Emery of Zillah, Wash.; brother Max (Janis) Wilson of San Jose, Calif.; nephews Brycen, Trevor and Gavin Emery of Zillah.

Christina is preceded in death by her father, Mark Wilson and grandparents Bernie and Wanda Clouse. She was loved by all and will be deeply missed.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 5, 2010, at Valley Hills Funeral Home in Zillah. Burial will follow at Outlook Cemetery in Outlook, Wash. There will be a reception at 4 p.m. at the Squeeze Inn, 611 First Ave. in Zillah. Arrangements are in the care of Valley Hills Funeral Home in Zillah.
