LHS plans Veterans Day program

The public is invited to Libby High

School’s Veterans Day program on Thursday, Nov. 11 from 9:10-10:15

a.m.

The special program’s featured guest

speakers include Mike Cirian (U.S. Naval Reserve), Jeff Keyworth

(U.S. Army) and Mark Peck (U.S. Air Force).

Musical performances include the Libby

High School band and choir, and the Cabinet Mountain Singers.

A reception for all veterans and their

families will begin at 8:30 a.m., prior to the main program in the

high school’s lobby.

Following initial testing, a white-tailed deer in Lincoln County is suspected to be positive for chronic wasting disease, according to a press release from Fish, Wildlife and Parks.
