Bigfork speakers get drama win

Bigfork High School finished first and second at the Hamilton Invitational drama and speech tournaments Saturday.
Bigfork finished behind Loyola Sacred Heart High School in the Class B speech tournament but claimed first-place Class B drama honors. Loyola does not compete in drama events; Bigfork students were up against Class A competitors, including Polson and Ronan.
Ronan finished second among the tournament’s Class A drama teams. Polson came in third; Corvallis was the Class A drama champion.
In Class A speech sweepstakes, Stevenson, Hamilton and Corvallis took the top three slots.
