Libby City Council to meet Monday evening

The Libby City Council plans to meet at 7 p.m., on Monday, Oct. 4, at City Hall.
The agenda includes discussion of grinder pumps in the Cabinet Heights Sewer Project, the draft growth policy and next year's Libby Volunteer Fire Department centennial.
Other items on the agenda include committee reports, hear from the public, approval of business licenses and review of September's payroll and claims.
