The Montana Athletic Club, St. John’s Lutheran Hospital and the Northwest Community Health Center are joining forces to sponsor a community fitness motivations program.

The five-week “Step For Health” Fitness Inspiration program begins Monday, Oct. 18 and is free to all residents.

Under the program, participants track their daily steps on a pedometer and set an appropriate weekly step goal. Those who meet goals will be entered into the drawings for prizes of MAC memberships and cholesterol screenings from St. John’s. Participants may complete the program either individually or as a team.

For more information, call Montana AC at 293-4131. Registration forms (due by Oct. 25) and record cards are available at all sponsor locations and on the athletic club’s website at: www.maclibby.com.
