THREE FORK - Mission junior Austin Durglo rushed for 200 yards on 13 carries as the Bulldogs (4-1) thumped Three Fork 42-7.

"He knows the game really well," Mission head coach Peter Hamilton said. "He's a pretty smart kid and pretty athletic."

Defensively, Mission had three interceptions and held Three Fork to 240 yards of total offense.

"They were flying around and hitting hard, which is a good thing," Hamilton said.

Three Forks led 7-0 in the first but Mission scored 28 in the second quarter and 14 in the third to secure a conference victory.

"We came out pretty flat in the first," Hamilton said.

"After that, they couldn't stop us."

Mission will play Eureka at 7 p.m. on Friday at home.

You’ll have to excuse me for stating the obvious, I’m assuming everyone in Polson already knows this but Neal Lewing is one heck of an actor. I was first able to see the Port Polson player as Judge Turpin in the production of Sweeney Todd last November.
