Rick Currie to speak at forum

Rick Currie will be fielding questions next week.

The Kootenai County District 2 commissioner, who is running as a write-in candidate to keep his seat, will respond to the public's queries at a forum at 6 p.m. on Monday at Arrow Point Fire Station on Highway 97.

The event, hosted by Neighbors for Responsible Growth, is a chance for voters to be more informed, wrote organizer Bev Twillmann.

"Bring your concerns, your questions and your comments for Mr. Currie and become a more educated voter," she wrote.
