Family history event set for Bonners Ferry

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints invites the public to a family history conference on Saturday, Oct. 16, at its church in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.

The free event will run from 9 a.m.-3 p.m., and include instruction on various genealogical topics such as building a family tree, writing a personal history, preserving family treasures and methods of finding research assistance.

Lunch will be provided.

The church is located at 1512 Alderson Lane.
