New salon opens on Broadway Avenue

MOSES LAKE - Amber and Pete Galfano recently opened G's Salon at 924 W. Broadway Ave., in Moses Lake, next to Elements Inside and Out.

Aesthetician Shirley Engelhardt provides skin care services.

Hours for the salon are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., on Saturday.

G's salon is celebrating their grand opening/Halloween bash on Saturday, Oct. 23 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Prizes and refreshments are available, as well as half-price services for costume wearers.

LA GRANDE, Ore. — Four Basin students were among 635 named to the Eastern Oregon University Dean’s List for the 2025 winter term, according to an announcement from the university. Qualifying students achieve and maintain a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale while completing a minimum of 12 hours of graded coursework for the term.
