recently inside the former Les Parr Real Estate office.

The Ephrata business is co-owned by Kat Sanderson and Jennifer and

Kurt Colley.

The Ephrata business is co-owned by Kat Sanderson and Jennifer and Kurt Colley.

The Colleys also own Quality Storage and handle property management.

"We took the opportunity, since the location was in such as great spot," Sanderson commented. "The Colleys are just really great people, great business people. It's working out really nicely."

Pillar Rock Realty Group is located at 1250 Basin St. SW., at the corner of state Rout 28 and state Route 282.

She and the Colleys are golfing buddies and pondered a business partnership during a golf outing.

Lesley and Fredrick Slough own Les Parr Real Estate and moved it to a new location at state Route 17 and Neppel Road.

Sanderson is a former Les Parr realtor/associate broker.

Fredrick Slough allowed agents remaining at the Ephrata office to keep their listings. Agent and broker Les Parr stayed at the business.

"We have a good inventory already," Sanderson said. "We started with over 30 properties."
