Senior bowling standings

In the Tuesday Senior mixed league the standings are as follows: Colyer Oil 13-3, Country Kids 10-6, Woodchucks 9-7, McGowan 7-9, B and B Storage 7-9.

McGowan led the way with the highest team average of 532. B and B Storage had 531, Woodchucks averaged 490, Colyer Oil 488, and Country Kids 476.

Woodchucks had the team, series high-score of 2396. Colyer Oil posted a 2362, and Country Kids came in at 2306.

The highest team, single-game score was tallied by Country kids at 812. Woodchucks were right behind at 811, and Colyer Oil came in third with 808.

Swede Nicol had the men’s individual, series high-score of 508. Larry Steinebach was second at 435, and Leo Rambur scored 410 for third.

The two highest single-game scores by a man belonged to Swede Nicol at 189, and 174. Rambur and Steinebach tied for third-highest with 162.

For the women, Rosalie Columbini had the highest series score, 481. Shirley Helterline, and Rose Longpore came in second and third with 397, and 394 respectively.

The women’s two highest single-game scores were tallied by Columbini: 184, and 164. Billie Holyk’s 155 was good enough for third.

Trotters snap streak with league win

The Plains Trotters ended a two game skid with a come from behind victory over Eureka, 37-29, on Saturday. The win came after a 23-58 pounding from the Bigfork the previous day. The Trotters now sit at 2-1 conf., 6-2 ovr.
