Many signings slated for Hastings

Several authors will be signing books this month at Hastings Books in Coeur d'Alene.

Rich Faletto of Sandpoint, who wrote "Four-Eleven! Pulaskis, Planes and Forest Fires," will be at Hastings Books in Coeur d'Alene from 1-3 p.m. Saturday.

The book is a memoir of trail maintenance, firefighting and flying on the Chelan Ranger District, Wenatchee National Forest.

Western author C. K. Crigger will be signing "One Foot on the Edge," the first book in her 1890s bookkeeper-turned-sleuth series, from 1-4 p.m. Sept. 18 at Hastings, 101 E Appleway.

B. J. Campbell, author of "CLOSE CALLS: The True Tales of Cougar Bob," will sign her recently-released adventures of local outdoorsman, Robert L. Campbell, also from 1-4 p.m. Sept. 18 at Hastings.

Campbell will also be signing her book 1-4 p.m. Saturday at Hastings in Spokane.

Sherrida Woodley, author of "Quick Fall of Light," will be signing her book from 1-4 p.m. Sept. 12, and 4-7 p.m. Sept. 17.
