Troy VFD plans special 9/11 event

The Troy Volunteer Fire Department invites the public to a special memorial ceremony on Saturday, Sept. 11 at the Troy Fire Hall. The event will begin at noon to commemorate the events of 9/11.

Following initial testing, a white-tailed deer in Lincoln County is suspected to be positive for chronic wasting disease, according to a press release from Fish, Wildlife and Parks.
