I have been an intermittently regular user of the Whitefish Library for about 30 years and have always found them friendly, helpful, competent and professional.

So I was shocked to read Jake Heckathorn's account of personnel problems. It seems clear to me that we either need to go independant if the finances are right or make changes at top. I hope the Flathead County Commissioners and the library board are listening.
