OTHELLO - Two days of action at the Othello PRCA Rodeo this past

weekend provided plenty of glittering moments of top quality

performances at the Adams County Fairgrounds.

The tightest recorded competition came in the steer wrestling

competition where .3 of a second separated the top three

performers.

The tightest recorded competition came in the steer wrestling competition where three-tenths of a second separated the top three performers.

Pasco's Chance Gartner held on with a 4.2 to win the battle and $950, just squeaking past Ryan Crane (Kennewick) and his 4.3, and third-place finisher Nathan Steinberg (Ironside, Ore.), 4.3.

Tie-down roping saw Durant, Okla. native Blair Burk record a winning score of 8.2 and take home $1,140 by nipping Ted Cooper (Decatur, Texas) and his time of 8.3.

In team roping, Clay Tryan (Billings, Mont.) and Trevor Graves (Jay, Okla.) recorded the most resounding win, finishing with a time of 4.0, easily outdistancing second-place finishers Aaron Moyers of Texas and Prosser's Taylor White, who pulled out a 5.2.

Bull riding and bareback riding results were not made available.
