Ellensburg 3, QUINCY 0

QUINCY - The Ellensburg Bulldogs asserted their size, strength, and dominant style of play in a 3-0 (25-20, 25-23, 25-14) win at Quincy on Tuesday night.

"They're big and a real solid team," Quincy head coach Pam Young said. "We really battled with them and played them tough until the third game we let down after losing the first two."

Sara Horning had four digs, three kills, and one ace for the host Lady Jacks (2-3), while Janna Hodges finished with 10 assists and Madison Petersen had 10 digs.

"I am happy that we are getting better every match and hopefully we will start getting to 25 first," Young said.
