Chris Allen Holden passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2011, in the Philippines, following a heart attack.

He was born Nov. 25, 1958, in Kalispell, to Harold “Hal” Irving and Elaine Brinton Holden.

Chris was well liked and respected by everyone he met, whether on a personal or professional level. His work life took him all over the world, but he most enjoyed spending time at home with his family and friends.

He always lived life to the fullest. Chris was always a good source for advice and laughter.

“Chris was greeted by his father, who passed away on Sept. 23, 2010. Together they will watch over their surviving family,” his mom, Elaine; sister, Connie, and Jim Cozzi; niece, Lindsey Cozzi; and nephew, Patrick Cozzi.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 11, at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington, Ogden, Utah. Family will visit with friends from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. on Monday at the mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Seager Memorial Clinic, P.O. Box 15043, Ogden, Utah, or The Muscular Dystrophy Association.
