Passenger grabs wheel, car rolls

RITZVILLE - A passenger grabbed the steering wheel of a 2007

Chevrolet Impala Friday, causing the driver to lose control and

roll the vehicle.

Teresa C. Sin, 21, Puyallup, was driving the car eastbound on

Interstate 90, 24 miles west of Ritzville, when one of her three

female passengers caused her to lose control of the car, according

to the Washington State Patrol. The car left the highway and rolled

several times.

Teresa C. Sin, 21, Puyallup, was driving the car eastbound on Interstate 90, 24 miles west of Ritzville, when one of her three female passengers caused her to lose control of the car, according to the Washington State Patrol. The car left the highway and rolled several times.

All four women were wearing seat belts.

Passenger Sari I. Thach, 24, Tacoma, was reported to be injured and transported to Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane for treatment of unspecified injuries.

Passenger Viana Equibez-Robinson, 20, Seattle, was taken to a hospital in Adams County for treatment of unspecified injuries, according to the state patrol.

Passenger Kahnh J. Ma, 23, Tacoma, was reportedly not injured in the wreck.

The state patrol did not name which passenger is suspected of grabbing the steering wheel and noted charges are pending.
