What are you doing for the next 30 to 90 days? Some of you will be going on vacation. Some of you will be going about your normal routine. But whichever you choose, 30-90 days will go by. Ask yourselves - Where would I like to be in 30-90 days? Some of you would say, I would like to be able to get off my medications.

Some of you might say - I would love to be 30, 50, 100 pounds lighter. What would that do for you? How would you feel about yourself if that could happen? From firsthand knowledge I can tell you losing 27 pounds of fat was an unbelievable experience. The self-confidence and appreciation of looking healthier and younger was worth every bit the effort many times over. I think of one of our patients who lost more than 100 pounds before her wedding this summer - priceless.

I'm sure many of you have had these results but like 95 percent of those who have lost weight dieting and been able to get off their medications, you gained it all back and then some. It is disheartening and often unhealthy. So what makes this Ideal Protein diet/treatment different? Why should I believe this actually is The Last Diet I will ever need? If you had read my earlier articles I had written this year you would know the answer to that. If you haven't read those articles please come to our next free class that will explain how people sabotage their weight loss experiences by unwittingly working against their physiology - not with it.

Let me share one individual's experience that illustrates my purpose in promoting and administering this incredible diet/treatment. I received a letter and lab slip from a doctor in Orofino who recommended this patient go on the Ideal Protein diet/treatment because his cholesterol level was 4,100. Yes, you read that correctly, 4,091 to be exact. His name is Jim and he wrote: "The reason I started using the Ideal Protein Program was because my total cholesterol was at 4,100." In addition to that Jim had some other medical issues that mainstream Medicine couldn't solve. It's a rather incredible story of what took place on the Ideal Protein Diet/Treatment that I will reveal in next weeks article, so make sure you don't miss it.

Again I ask, what are you doing for the next 30 to 90 days? Would you like to make some serious change in your health or lose 3-7 pounds per week? Call our office (208) 772-6015 to set up a free consultation or to attend a free class on weight loss and the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program. Come on Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint, let's shape up and get healthy together.

The Skinny on Weight Loss: Part I

As attested to by the many ads in the media, we are a nation of dieters. According to the Surgeon General of the United States, "The greatest threat to our country isn't terrorism, it's obesity." Perhaps more of us should be thinking about losing the unhealthy extra weight we've accumulated. But losing weight is physiologically unnatural. Many of you have tried can attest to that and that's why 95 percent of people who have successfully lost weight will gain it back.
