Brief meeting for Mattawa council

MATTAWA - There were only two action items on the Mattawa City Council agenda for its meeting of April 7, according to City Clerk Diane Hanson.

The council passed a motion to accept the contract as completed on the replacement well for city water well No. 1.

The council approved an event permit for the Our Lady of the Desert Catholic Church's Good Friday pilgrimage. The commemoration procession will not affect Government Road.
