Fairfield appointed new CEO at Keller Williams
Keller Williams Realty announced that Ben Fairfield has been appointed chief executive officer and team leader for Keller Williams Realty Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint.
"We know that Ben Fairfield is a true asset and will put his real estate experience to work for us in the North Idaho region," said Marie Pickford, operating partner of Keller Williams Realty Coeur d'Alene-Sandpoint. "As a company, we are growing at a phenomenal rate and we know that Ben will contribute greatly to that growth and our goals."
Prior to this position, Fairfield served as a sales manager for Century 21.

The North Idaho area consists of two market centers and 112 associates.
Shoeman recognized
for work with veterans
Idaho Department of Labor consultant Robert Shoeman, who works in the Kootenai County office in Post Falls, has been named by the American Legion as one of the nation's best in assisting unemployed veterans and disabled veterans.
Shoeman will be recognized as the country's local veterans employment representative of the year.
He will receive his award in August during the legion's national convention in Minneapolis.
A Vietnam-era Navy veteran, Shoeman has been a veterans employment representative for the past 10 years in North Idaho.
He is the co-chairman of the North Idaho Veterans Stand Down Committee, the state chairman of the American Legion Economic Committee and the employer outreach director for North Idaho's employer support of the guard and reserve organization.
Shoeman was given the volunteer service award by former President George W. Bush.
New advertising firm launched in Cd'A
Local women Trina L. Taylor and Jenny L. VanHousen have launched Diamond Merit Design, an new advertising firm in Coeur d'Alene.
It will begin operating next month at 2900 N. Government Way.
Taylor and VanHousen will be hosting a launch party at 6:30 p.m. May 24 at La Quinta Inn, 2209 E. Sherman Ave.
