MOSES LAKE - A tough Walla Walla team came to Larson Field on Tuesday and administered a resounding doubleheader sweep of hosts Moses Lake.
Walla Walla took both game 14-2 and 17-0 in five inning, mercy rule wins.
"We were really out of sync with Walla Walla pitching, coming off of Davis pitching," Moses Lake head coach Dave Gregory said. "It is a big adjustment and we didn't adjust. We are starting a new season tomorrow and we need to win out going into the playoffs."
Moses Lake is now 9-7 overall and 3-5 in Big 9 play with only a couple of more weeks of league competition left.
