Ephrata alum, Forrest signs with NFL's Buffalo Bills

Ephrata High School graduate and former Washington State punter Reid Forrest has signed a free-agent contract with the Buffalo Bills, the Spokesman-Review reported Wednesday.

Forrest, who graduated from Ephrata High in 2006, holds the WSU records for career punt yards, punt yards in a single season, and career punts.

As a senior in 2010, Forrest ranked third in the Pac-10 Conference with an average of 45.42 yards per punt.
