Kate Marcille, of Columbia Falls, was recently selected to receive a $17,496 tuition support scholarship from the Oregon State University Foundation for the 2011-2012 academic year. She was recommended by the Department of Forest Engineering and Management. Marcille graduated from Columbia Falls High School in 2006 and the University of Montana in 2010 with degrees in economics and environmental studies.
Casey Hebert, of Hungry Horse, was named to the spring 2011 dean's list at Gonzaga University, in Spokane, Wash.
Sydney Taylor, of Columbia Falls, was named to the spring 2011 president's list at Gonzaga University, in Spokane, Wash.
Catherine Castle, of Columbia Falls, was named to the spring 2011 dean's list at Emory College, in Atlanta, Ga.
Cassandra Sago, Charlette Franklund and Cindell Nelson, all of Columbia Falls, were awarded scholarships by the University of Idaho for the 2011-2012 academic year.
