Bridge over troubled and high waters

The Clark Fork river flows June 9 underneath the bridge in Plains that leads to the Sanders County Fairgrounds. Many locals said they haven't seen the river this high or fast in over a decade. High waters of the Clark Fork and its tributaries worried residents and farmers in June this summer.
