Association Services celebrates five years

Association Services Inc., a full-service management company in Coeur d'Alene for Homeowners Associations founded in 2006 by Sherry Lenarz, is celebrating five years in business.

"Specializing in association management is a significant factor in our success," Lenarz said. "By focusing solely on the management of HOAs, condo associations, and mixed-use communities, ASI offers a broader and more in-depth service to our clients."

Beyond handling the finances, ASI assists board members with budgeting, common area maintenance and assessment collections.

ASI has gone from managing two associations in its first year to nearly 30 associations after five years.

Fiscal Manager Jody Dion said Lenarz encourages employees to work from strengths.

"She's the boss, but she empowers us to work through difficult scenarios as a team so that the end result is the best option available," Dion said.

Association Services Inc. is at 1250 Ironwood Drive, Suite 330.
