Valynn Marie Visintainer was born at 12:20 p.m. Aug. 5, 2011, to Jenelle and Chadd Visintainer of Kellogg. She weighed 7 lbs. 13 oz. and was 20 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Annette and Rod Wingfield. Paternal grandparents are Nancy and Ed Ecker.

Tian Augustine Abercrombie was born at 7:51 a.m. Aug. 3, 2011, to KaSarah Smith and Jesse Abercrombie of Athol. He weighed 8 lbs. 10.5 oz. and was 22 inches long. Maternal grandmother is Janae Daugherty. Paternal grandmother is Sue Rider.

Leo Gavin Rohlmeier was born at 7:43 p.m. Aug. 10, 2011, to Lindsay Barnhart and Daniel Rohlmeier of Hayden. He weighed 8 lbs. 13 oz. and was 21 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Laurie and William Barnhart. Paternal grandparents are Jennifer and Rob Rohlmeier.

MILITARY

Air Force Airman Lucas G. Hightower graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

He is the son of Rhonda Shuler of Coeur d'Alene.

Hightower graduated in 2007 from Timberlake Junior-Senior High School, Spirit Lake.
