Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a

Minor Zone Change of several parcels located in the Lakeview Park

Plat from Urban Commercial - 1 to Urban Residential – 4. 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD September 12, 2011 at 3:30 p.m.. in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Minor Zone Change of several parcels located in the Lakeview Park Plat from Urban Commercial - 1 to Urban Residential – 4.  The change will make the zoning district of the subject area consistent with the Comprehensive Plan Land-Use Designation, which was changed as part of the 2002 Comprehensive Plan amendment process. The subject area is located on the easterly side of Ephrata Avenue NW and the most of the parcels located on westerly side of Moses Lake Avenue.  All parcels are located in Section 25, Township 22 North, Range 26 East, WM, Grant County, WA.
