The United States District & Bankruptcy Court, District of Idaho has appointed Bruce A. Anderson as the newest Lawyer Representative.

He was selected from applicants from the 1st and 2nd Judicial Districts and will serve a three-year term, replacing outgoing Lawyer Representative Alan Stephens.

Anderson is a partner in the law firm of Elsaesser Jarzabek Anderson Elliott & Macdonald, Chtd. in Coeur d'Alene.

Since 1994 his main emphasis has been commercial law, tax, corporate, bankruptcy matters and litigation.
