Kootenai County Sheriff
Thursday
12:08 p.m.: Damages of $150 were reportedly done to the door of a residence in the 8900 block of North Huntington Court in Hayden. A shotgun, a gold chain and power tools with a total value of about $1,000 were reported stolen from the home.
Friday
8:45 a.m.: A Phoenix carpet extractor valued at $3,700 was reported stolen from the roadway at North Hester Road and East Brunner Road near Athol.
Saturday
4:21 p.m.: Power tools valued at about $1,300 were reported stolen from a shed at a residence in the 33400 block of South Highway 97 near Harrison.

Cody J. Rupnick, 26, Rathdrum: Two years six months determinate penitentiary time and two years six months indeterminate time, retained jurisdiction and $525.50 in fines for intimidating a witness and probation violation.
