Montana Athletic Club instructors Devi McCully, from right, Tracy Vranizan, and Bonnie Morrow attended a fitness workshop by fitness presenter Robert Sherman at The Summit Medical Fitness Center in Kalispell recently.  Sherman has 29 years of experience in fitness and was named one of the top 100 fitness trainers in America by Men’s Journal and Allure Magazines. The 10 hour workshop included instruction on: group cycling riding techniques, aging strong, flexibility techniques and strength training with weighted bars.
