A Whitefish couple charged with the rape of their 15-year-old babysitter pleaded not guilty Thursday in Flathead District Court.

Kory James Hubble, 23, and his wife Nadin Leann Hubble, 20, each were charged with felony sexual intercourse without consent related to the mid-November incident.

According to charging documents, the Hubbles performed sexual acts on the girl after providing her with marijuana and alcohol.

Deputy County Attorney Lori Adams has filed to have the two cases joined. The next hearing for the Hubbles is scheduled for March 7. They are being held at the Flathead County Detention Center on a bond of $50,000 each.
