Wreaths Across America to honor vets

COEUR d'ALENE - There will be Wreaths Across America ceremonies to honor veterans at 9 a.m. on Saturday at Coeur d'Alene Memorial Gardens and Riverview Cemetery off Lincoln Way.

Both ceremonies are free and open to the public.

The ceremonies will be held by the Civil Air Patrol, a civilian auxiliary of the United States Air Force, offering search and rescue programs, a youth cadet program and aerospace education.

Ceremonies will be held in unison at registered cemeteries across the country.
