Larry and (Della) Jean Grow

50th Anniversary

Larry and Jean Grow, of Coeur d'Alene, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, 2011, at the Dalton Gardens Church of Christ, 6439 N. Fourth St. (Fourth Street and Hanley Avenue), Dalton Gardens. No gifts please.

The couple were married Dec. 9, 1961, in Coeur d'Alene. After a 20-year military career in the Army and numerous overseas assignments they retired to Coeur d'Alene in 1979.

They have three children, Wade and Mary Grow of Carefree, Ariz., Jeff and Shelly Grow of Tualatin, Ore., and Robin and Randy Davis of Post Falls; and four grandchildren, Brad, Jenna, Ryan and Darwin.

Curtis and Kelli Ormesher

25th Anniversary

The family of Curtis and Kelli Ormesher would like to congratulate the couple on 25 years of love and marriage. They were married on Dec. 11, 1986, in Coeur d'Alene.

Curtis owns Rox Music Company and Kelli works at Super 1 Foods. The couple enjoys traveling all over the world, sharing their love of scuba diving.

They have raised two perfect children. They have five grandchildren.

The family, including Neeka and Kiera, wishes them many more happy years together.

ENGAGEMENT

Oliveria-Perry

David and Brenda Oliveria of Coeur d'Alene are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Joy Elyse Oliveria to Aubrey Wayne Perry, both of Portland, Ore., son of Karla Perry of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Edward Bean (deceased).

Amy graduated from Lake City High School as a valedictorian in 2004, the University of Portland with a B.S. in organizational communication in 2008 and is currently pursuing a master's degree in counseling at Portland State University. She previously worked as a communication manager for the Home Builders Association of Metro Portland and is currently working as a marketing and outreach graduate assistant at the Portland State University Career Center.

Aubrey graduated from high school in 2004, from Oklahoma City University in 2008 and is pursuing a Ph.D. in community psychology at Portland State University. He is currently a graduate and teaching assistant at Portland State University in the psychology department.

The couple plan to wed at 6 p.m. Aug. 24, 2012, in Portland.

Jace Davis-Michael McHenry was born at 1:05 a.m. Nov. 2, 2011, to Shaylia (Davis) and Russell McHenry of Coeur d'Alene, at DaySprings Midwifery in Hayden. He weighed 9 lbs. 6 oz . and was 22.5 inches long. Sisters are Rylee Marie, 5, and Jordyn Maria, 3. Maternal grandparents are Frank and Maria Davis of Coeur d'Alene. Paternal grandparents are JD and Marie McHenry of Coeur d'Alene. Great-grandmothers are Regina Redl of Coeur d'Alene and Nancy Pickett of Coeur d'Alene.

Nathan Daniel Scholz was born at 7:49 a.m. Nov. 30, 2011, to Carol and Daniel Scholz of Post Falls. He weighed 7 lbs. 2 oz. and was 20 inches long. Brother is Brandon Ford, 12. Maternal grandfather is Paul Ford. Paternal grandmother is Cheri Scholz.

Blake Ashton Karlgaard was born at 1:39 p.m. Dec. 3, 2011, to Chelsea and David Karlgaard of Coeur d'Alene. He weighed 6 lbs. 4 oz. and was 19.5 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Mark McComb and Dianne McComb. Paternal grandparents are Brad Karlgaard and Kris Gibbon.
