Chief Moses Students collect more than $1,200 for Food Bank

Chief Moses Middle School students in Rita Fryberger's leadership class presents a check to Theresa Lembcke, of the Moses Lake Food Bank. Chief Moses students collected more than $1,200 for the food bank. Classes at the middle school also competed to see who could collect the most food donations. The seventh-graders won with 4,768 items, followed by the sixth-graders with 1,978 items and the eighth graders with 1,475 items, for a total of 8,221 items.
