Great Falls High is No. 1, Billings Skyview is No. 2 and Billings Senior rounds out the poll at No. 4.

Glacier's Cooper Sipe is the top-ranked wrestler in the 145-pound weight class and Flathead's Larry Francis is ranked first at 171.
