MOSES LAKE - Moses Lake attorney Rolando Adame, 59, has been charged after an alleged brother-on-brother shooting earlier this month.

Adame was charged with first-degree assault in Grant County Superior Court in connection with the incident on Dec. 8 at his place of residence just outside of Moses Lake.

According to witnesses, the incident was the culmination of a weeks-long feud between Adame and a brother who lives in the same duplex.

Witnesses told police the men were arguing again and that eventually Adame shot the brother with a shotgun. Police said the brother was struck in a hand, a leg and the lower torso with pellets.
