Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of

Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act

Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project:  A

Preliminary Plat of approximately 146.72 acres to create twelve

(12) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning

district of Grant County.

         Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project:  A Preliminary Plat of approximately 146.72 acres to create twelve (12) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County.  The site address of the subject parcel is 22801 Road U SW, Mattawa, WA.  It is located approximately one mile northwest of Mattawa, WA, immediately west of State Highway 243 between Road 22.5 SW and Road 23 SW, and in a portion of the south half of Section 27, Township 15 North, Range 23 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #15-0195-000).

      After a review of a completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the Planning Department, Grant County has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment as conditioned.
