Cleallen Richardson was born in Pullman, Wash., on Jan. 31, 1910, to Ernest and Mary Ellen ( Hatley) Richardson. He passed onto the dance floor on Dec. 17, 2011, at Four Seasons Assisted Living Center in Coeur d'Alene.
The Richardson family moved to Coeur d'Alene in 1918 from Pullman.
He worked at the Potlatch Mill and later graded lumber at Northwest Timber. He joined the service when he was 32 and served in Europe. After his return he married Edna Wright who passed away on Aug. 27, 1996.
He is survived by two stepsons, Clifford Wright of Lynnwood, Wash., and David Wright of Deming, N.M.; and one step-grandson, Jeffrey Wright of Minneapolis, Minn.; sister Aleene Kiger of Coeur d'Alene; and numerous nieces and nephews.
His brothers and sisters, Grace Hodglin, Gertrude, Lorraine Vesser and Roy Richardson predeceased him.
He is also survived by dear friends, Laurie Dixon, Hilary Finney and Shelley Bruna.
