SELAH - With two losses this weekend the Ephrata Tigers are assured of not advancing to the CWAC district playoffs.

On Saturday they fell to Selah 91-54 after just falling short at home against East Valley, 67-63, the previous evening.

Ephrata (0-18, 0-16) a two-time Class 2A state semifinalist in the previous three seasons, were led by Zach Allen's 13 points against Selah.

East Valley broke open a 46-46 tie going into the third quarter to hold on against the Tigers.

Allen led the Tigers with 26 points while Brad Christensen added 19 points.
