Loper, a freshman from Post Falls High, was named the Colonial Athletic Association's Rookie of the Week for the fifth time this season on Monday. Loper scored 18 points in 24 minutes as the Pride (12-8, 4-5) defeated Delaware 81-68 on Sunday.
